Pendemonium ships immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders paid for by credit card and placed before 6 P.M. (US Central Time) almost always will be shipped the following business day. Orders paid for by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Orders may be delayed for a few days when we are traveling - Pen Shows and hunting for new items is an integral part of our business. We acknowledge all orders when we are on the road, but we are unable to ship when traveling.

We usually ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. It is sometimes more economical to ship heavy orders (especially those containing large quantities of paper goods) via UPS or FedEx Ground. If we find there to be a decided difference in shipping fees between the different couriers, we will email with shipping options. Many times orders for a few small items can be shipped via first class mail, when feasible, we will offer this option. We also offer express services such as next day UPS and FedEx. We are not in business to make money from shipping, but we do need to cover our costs. Shipping fees are determined by weight and the destination.

Orders outside the US are shipped via USPS, method of delivery will vary depending on what you are ordering and what the destination country is.

Orders are payable by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Please note that checks and money orders from outside the US must be in US dollars drawn from a US bank. We do not recommend that anyone send cash through the mail. Doing so is at your own risk!
